SAN ANTONIO -- A 49-year-old woman was treated for a facial laceration on Tuesday after she said she was robbed and attacked with a pair of scissors.
The victim, who was disabled and riding a scooter, told police that a woman in her 60's attacked her near North New Braunfels and East Houston Street.
Police said the suspect got away with about $25.
