In January, KENS 5 brought viewers Angelina Flack, a gravely ill 11-year-old girl who suffers from cystic fibrosis and is in need of a double lung transplant.
KENS 5 gave her four complimentary tickets to Justin Bieber's sold out concert in San Antonio.
The day after the concert, she started a six-month stay at a Houston hospital and was put on the national organ transplant list.
Her health improved enough that doctors release her in June to spend the summer with family.
Her weight recently deteriorated to the point she dropped to 57 pounds and now requires round the clock oxygen.
Angelina's mother, Rose Arevalo, told KENS 5 to "keep praying for us."
Angelina had 37 percent full lung capacity when she left in June and is now down to 33 percent and requires a nighttime feeding tube.
Her family is trying to get her healthier to get her into a position where she can be well enough for transplant. She is still on waiting list and hasn't lost her place.
Her Facebook page can be found here.
