A woman accused of intoxication manslaughter in a December 2007 crash took the stand in her own defense Friday afternoon.
Jenny Ybarra testified about the events that led to the death of Erica Smith. Ybarra broke down in tears several times while on the stand.
She said she had been depressed after a breakup with her husband and wanted to get out of the house. This is her testimony.
