Christmas came early for the Salvation Army of St. Joseph County in Indiana. The organization has a red kettle at a local Walmart. And as WSBT's Ed Ernstes reports in the video above, a secret Santa recently slipped in a big surprise -- one worth over $12,000.

The value of the coin is approximately $1,200 according to the Salvation Army representative, NOT $12,000.
