"John" lives in the Tara subdivision in northwest San Antonio, last Sunday someone took his inflatable Rocking Santa. Last year someone stole his bird bath, that's when he installed security cameras.

This time John has video of the crime, but he has compassion for the thief. "I hope you needed this and it was something to make your Christmas more joyous for your kids," said John. "For me I look at it as sobeit, take it home and have your kids enjoy it."

Neighbors in the subdivision said at least 7 homes have been targeted over the past several years. The crime has prompted most neighbors to activate their burglar alarms and install security cameras.
