A 21-year-old man is in back in jail on charges of sexual assault of a child. This time Steve Balderas is accused of violating his GPS monitoring conditions.
Police say Balderas impregnated a 15-year-old girl.
The alleged victim's mother told authorities she found a handwritten note by the suspect.
The note that was reportedly written to the girl said, "The world would not approve of us."
Balderas was arrested in March and had been out on bond with an ankle monitor.
He was arrested again for cutting off his ankle monitor early Monday morning.
