SAN ANTONIO -- Police say the naked body of a woman was found dumped in a southwest-side field on Sunday afternoon.
A passerby allegedly smelled a foul odor coming from a field in the 600 block of Carroll Avenue and then discovered the woman's body
Investigators said the woman appeared to have died about four days earlier. They said the body was also likely dumped in the field.
the identity of the deceased was not immediately available.
