SAN ANTONIO -- A San Antonio woman is accused of having a six-month sexual relationship with her neighbor's 13-year-old son.
Amanda Ann Nabers, 25, was arrested Monday evening on allegations of aggravated sexual assault of a child. Nabers, who is a mother, reportedly admitted to the allegations.
According to an arrest warrant, San Antonio police received the case from the Texas Department of Child Protective Services. They alerted police about a child endangerment case involving Nabers, who allegedly left her kids at home to rendezvous with a teen next door.
Police said Nabers denied putting her kids in danger. However, the warrant said she confessed to having sex with her neighbor's son on four to five different occasions from February through August. She acknowledged sharing marijuana, Xanex, and Four Loko alcoholic beverages with the boy during their first escapades, police said.
Nabers' children have been taken into CPS custody.
Nabers is being held on a $50,000 bond.
