SAN ANTONIO -- Police say a man is telling who stabbed him in the neck overnight on the city's near west side.
Emergency crews told police they found the man walking north on San Jacinto near Ruiz Street after he had called for help late Saturday night, police said.
Officers, who arrived shortly after EMS, said the man would not tell who stabbed him, when or where the stabbing had occurred.
He was taken to University Hospital in unknown condition.
