Police say a 41-year-old man got into an argument Friday night with two people inside the Lone Star Bar and Grill in the 5500 block of Randolph Blvd.
Without knowing it, somehow during the fight he was slashed across the stomach police said.
According to police, the victim's wife drove him to Northeast Methodist Hospital.
He was later airlifted to University hospital where he remains in critical condition.
Police are looking for two suspects.
