A man accused of sexually assaulting a teen-aged girl for weeks was arrested Wednesday afternoon.
"From what we understand at this point Mr. Luna had established a false Facebook profile in order to establish contact, and then an eventual relationship with a 16-year-old female," said SAPD's Sgt. Javier Salazar.
Investigators say once 29-year-old John Luna had a relationship with the girl, he started sexually assaulting her. They say it went on for weeks.
Officers arrested Luna Wednesday at his Medical Center apartment.
If convicted, Luna could spend 99 years in jail.
