The San Antonio Fire Department responded to a call about a suspicious device found at a thrift store.
The call came in at around 5 p.m. Tuesday after an employee at the Family Thrift Store in the 2000 block of Vance Jackson found what looked to be a grenade among some donated items.
However, authorities confirmed that the device was a fake, and not a real grenade
