The body of the man found inside a vehicle found submerged Thursday in Cibolo Creek near Camp Bullis is that of a well-known San Antonian.
KENS 5 has confirmed that Randy Goss was in the Acura that was pulled from the water near Specht Road.
Goss was co-owner of the popular County Line barbeque restaurants.
An employee spotted Goss' car around 11 a.m. Thursday.
Investigators still aren't sure what caused the vehicle to wind up in the rain-swollen creek.
They believe he might have tried to drive across a low-water crossing before the barricades were put up.
The doors were closed and locked Thursday at the County Line on I-10 near Huebner. A letter to customers indicating the restaurant was closed was posted on the door.
Randy Goss co-founded the County Line in 1975.
He was known as the "Rib King," offering a lot of food at a reasonable price.
