SAN ANTONIO -- Police say they arrested an alleged repair man who was actually trying to break into homes on the city's northwest side.
A homeowner int he 5500 block of Lockhill Road called San Antonio police after he pulled into his driveway and saw the man trying to break into his home.
The suspect, whose name was not immediately available, tried to run away but was quickly caught by responding police.
The suspect told officers he had been repairing showers in the area; officers said his story didn't add up.
He was arrested and charged with burglary.
