Detectives are reviewing surveillance video at a northwest-side auto shop after someone tried to break into it.
Officers responded to a burglar alarm at the AutoZone in the 3500 block of Culebra Road at around 3:15 Tuesday morning.
When they got there, police say they found a large glass window had been shattered. They say it appeared that the at least one thief managed to gain entry to the store.A few items were displaced on the shelves inside of the store.
Authorities report that timing guns and other computer diagnostic equipment were lifted from the premises.
The store has several surveillance cameras in place that should help with the investigation.
