An investigation is underway after a man died inside a local athletic center.
NEISD officials say It happened at around 1:20 p.m. Friday at Walker Pool in the Blossom Athletics Center off of Jones Maltsberger.
The 65-year-old man was reportedly exercising in the pool with his wife when he died.
His identity has not yet been released.
