SAN ANTONIO --   Police say they know exactly who is behind a disturbing video posted to its Facebook page, and is warning anyone hiding the fugitive to give him up.

SAPD investigators said Alberto Rodriguez is the motorcyclist behind the video, which shows a motorcycle rider weaving through rush-hour traffic on I-35 at speeds topping 100 miles per hour.

In the video, the rider could be seen passing dangerously close to other vehicles.

Police Chief William McManus says Rodriguez currently has three warrants out for his arrest, including evading arrest.

The chief says Rodriguez posted the caption "catch me if you can" with the video.

Anyone with information about Rodriguez or this video, is urged to call San Antonio police.
