Eliza Harrell says she planned for two years for her daughter Tatiana's quinceanera. They had a beautiful dress made, reserved a hall, booked a limousine and a photographer.

On November 19 everything came together, except the photographer. James Clark of Form & Design Video Creations was an hour late.

Clark told Harrell he would shoot the party pictures and create a video for $950. The Harrell's paid half the fee up front, and when Clark said he would want the rest the day of the party, Eliza Harrell said she would pay the reminder when she received the pictures and video.

It's a good thing she did, because, according to Harrell, Clark has yet to come through with anything.

Harrell says Clark agreed to have the materials in the Harrell's hands by December 3. He sent them some proofs for approval on November 23. But Harrell says the last word she heard from Clark came on November 29.

Now she says James Clark and the staff from Form & Design Video Creations won't return a phone call or email.

When we tracked Clark to his home, a woman answered the door and said Clark was not there. She took our card and phone numbers and said she would have James Clark calls us.

He didn't.

The Harrell's ship off to Japan in April, and we're going to try to get those pictures and video before they leave.
