One person is dead and another was hospitalized Thursday after a roll-over accident in Kerrville.
Kerrville police said a Ford SUV was hauling an open trailer along I-10.
A witness reported they saw rubber coming off a back tire before the SUV began swerving on the road and eventually flipped over.
Authorities say 31-year-old Jose Valdez, the passenger in the vehicle, died at the scene.
His brother, 32-year-old David Valdez, was taken to University Hospital.
