Social media sites are great for getting the word out, especially when there is a criminal to catch and a case to be solved.
Both the San Antonio Police Department and the Bexar County Sheriff's Office are now using sites like Facebook and Twitter as a new way to interact and investigate, and, in some cases, it is even helping them solve crimes.
