SAN ANTONIO -- AdvancePierre Food is recalling more than 10,000 pounds of beef patty products distributed to HEB stores in San Antonio.

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, a consumer reported metal fragments found on the outer surface of ready-to-eat beef patty products. No injuries have been reported.

The affected product is Fully Cooked Lean Burgers with the HEB item code 100538 and EST. 2568 inside the USDA mark of inspection, according to the recall.

The burgers were produced June 7 and distributed to HEB stores in San Antonio.
