SAN ANTONIO -- Police say a former school principal exposed himself and revealed haunting details about his past with children.
According to an arrest warrant, 63-year-old Kenneth Elton Whiteker was looking for oral sex in Olmos Park. He allegedly pulled down his pants for an undercover officer and said, "There it is. If you want it, you can have it."
The officer said Whiteker also admitted to having sex with a 15-year-old boy.
Police said Whiteker is a retired school principal, but declined to say where he worked.
Whiteker was charged with indecent exposure.
