Ricky Stille says he wants his truck back repaired, or his truck and his money.

Stille's truck was broken into two months ago. The thieves stole his stereo and did quite a bit of damage to the truck.

Stille has State Farm Insurance, which issued him checks totaling more than $2,500.

Stille was referred to Art Martinez's body shop. Stille says Martinez told him he would have it back looking better than new.

Over the next almost two months, Stille would check with Martinez about the progress. Then one day Martinez's shop was closed and Stille's truck was gone.

He managed to track it to a home near I-37 & Luckey Rd. That's when Stille called Eyewitness Wants To Know.

We went to that home and spoke with the owner. He said Martinez wasn't there but he would let him know we came by.

A short time later Art Martinez called to say he was working on Stille's truck and promised to have it back to him within a couple of days.

Martinez stuck to his word and returned Stille's truck, but the quality of the work is poor. The paint doesn't shine, it has a lot of orange peel and runs in it.

Stille says he also short-changed him with a cheap stereo system, and two of his amps are still missing. He has the truck back, but he now wants Martinez to return some of his money to make up for the poor work.
