Devine tornado leaves one room standing and one teen inside it

A neighbor returned a credit card she found in the yard across State Hwy. 173N. The JC Penney card belongs to Jesse Juarez's daughter Jessi. She'll need it. Jessi says most of her clothes and shoes were destroyed in the the tornado.
