A 10-year-old boy alleges the owner of a day-care center sexually molested him for three months.

San Antonio police arrested Bradley Bendele over the weekend on a charge of continuous sexual abuse of a child. He was in jail on a $100,000 bond Monday morning, but was expected to be released Monday afternoon after he is fitted with an ankle monitoring device.

According to an arrest warrant, the 38-year-old and his wife operate a child-care business out of their home. The alleged victim was one of the children they watched.

Police said the boy was sexually abused at the home from July to October 2011. The boy told police that Bendele molested him as the two played video games on one occasion.

Police said the suspect was aggressive and even cursed the child during the acts as the boy tried to escape the abuse.

The boy eventually told his mother, who called police. Investigators said Bendele allegedly had told the child he would kill his entire family if he told anyone.

The warrant indicates that Bendele initially denied knowing the child or playing video games with him, but police said he has since changed his story.

However, the arrest document does not say that he has confessed to the crime.
