During the early morning hours of March 20,1990, Anthony Perez was found lying in cold blood in a northwest Bexar County field.
The 27-year-old had been dead for several hours. He was found wrapped in a blanket by some trees in the 14,000 block of Potranco.
Bexar County Sheriff's detectives believe Perez was dumped at that location, and even found tire marks believed to be linked to the suspects vehicle. Detectives say there have been a number of recent developments in the case.
They are now pouring over evidence, as well as searching for additional clues.
Investigators are still trying to find a motive for the murder and are currently reevaluating foreign DNA.
