Baby Gabriel's father says two locations in San Antonio where Elizabeth Johnson and Gabriel were last spotted lead him to believe that the baby was adopted.

Logan McQueary says the first spot is the Homegate Hotel, where Johnson stayed. The Mcqueary family says they've talked to adoption experts, who say that the hotel is a well-known location in adoption circles.

Agencies put girls up here for meetings with families.

The second clue that baby Gabriel may have been adopted is that Johnson and Gabriel were spotted on surveillance footage outside the Six Flags on one of the last days the baby was seen.

Despite these clues, the San Antonio Police Department plans to search the landnfill for the baby's body as soon as the weather cooperates.

I believe they will get to the bottom of this situation. I pray for Logan and for his beautiful baby that they reunite as soon as possible. Keep the faith.

I saw a bit of this story last night. My first thought when they said how much the father had learned just by doing some investigating on his own was where in the world have the SAPD been?? Why can't they manage to step away from the donut shop and actually do some real police work? It seems they already have their mind made up that the kid is dead and therefore aren't really willing to put in hardly any time on this. Why isnt Kens5 doing a story on how many crimes are actually solved in SA and why the police don't do more? As a family member of 2 ppl who are unsolved murder cases in SA, this really pains me to see that nothing has changed with our police department and that doing the minimum is still their motto.

Our prayers go out for baby Gabriel. Maybe the SAPD can put the breakfast tacos down for a minute and figure this one out. They seem to have problems solving any crime in the Government Hill area.

I think it's just great that Logan has the best investigator on this case. While I do not know baby Gabriel and his family, I find myself drawn to this case. I think we are all stunned how a mother can do this to a sweet innocent baby. I just can't wrap my head around it. That said, I pray for this baby to get to his daddy as soon as possible and for all children to be safe.

At least this gives hope to Gabriels family. I hope he was adopted. I would rather be disgusted by an ignorant selfish girl who took her son away from his daddy and sold him to a family that desparately wanted a child to love than to be disgusted by an ignorant selfish girl who took her son away from his daddy - permanently....... I can't even say the words, the very idea makes me ill. Give me 5 minutes in a room with her and I'll have your answer. I have to believe that out there somewhere is a terrified couple who desparately want to keep the new baby they've always dreamed of and are struggling to find any excuse they can to justify not giving Gabriel back? I do have one question tough. If she sold the baby, wheres the money, are these agencies in San Antonio non-profit?

It amazes me that people are making comments about donuts and breakfast tacos instead of complaining about how understaffed the SAPD is - Look and at the areas covered by each substation and then realize that there is typically 2 - 4 officers on duty - not enough! That is why citizens have to be their own advocates and take matters in to their own hands.

If this kid was adopted, it was by the garbage man.

Ok, if Six Flags is a common place where girls meet the adoptive families, & Elizabeth & Gabriel were on the Six Flags video, wouldn't that mean the adoptive family would be on the video too? If so, why is the adoptive family's face not all over the news so America can be looking out for them?

Seems like we will never find out the entire truth on the matter. How can you adopt a child if it was actually taken from one of his parents? Who ever has this child then you are not fit parents because in order for you to have this child you had to LIE and STEAL. Fit parents have good morales, ethics and standards to live by and teach their children right from wrong. Seems like this is just a very sad case and whoever has this child needs to either turn him into SAPD, a church make sure its inside so he doesn't freeze. Living a Lie to cover up a Lie isn't the way you want to live or bring up this little child. If anyone is aware of what happend to Gabriel call SAPD or a shelter. My best to his father and everyone who loves him.
