Police arrested a man living inside a home on Hidden Meadow where almost 100 marijuana plants were found. The plants filled two rooms inside the home where heat lamps, ventilation and lighting were also set-up as part of an elaborate greenhouse system.

Officers got the tip and executed the search warrant where they found the marijuana they estimate weighs 50 pounds and has a street value between $50,000 and $100,000.

Neighbors say there were no signs of illegal activity going on at the home which was being rented. 37-year-old Richard Pedraza was arrested and is believed to be the only person living at the home.

There will be further investigation into who may have been buying or selling the marijuana.
