Apple Cranberry Crisp

Peel apples and slice thin. Butter a 9 x 13 inch shallow pan. Arrange apple sices in the buttered 9 x 13 size shallow pan. Mix cranberry sauce, cinnamon, cornstarch and food coloring, spoon over apples. Stir rolled oats, flor, and brown sugar together. Cut in butter until evenly mixed and crumbly. Sprinkle this over cranberry layer. Bake in conventional oven at 350 degrees, until apples are cooked through and top is lightly brown. This will take approximately 1 hour, rotate pan halfway through cooking process.
