The severe weather in San Antonio could mean even more problems for one neighborhood.
People with homes in the Hills of Rivermist are watching the sky, and praying their houses hold up.
The work on top of the hill has changed gears a little bit.
Workers have constructed interceptor drains to help with run-off, and they are moving a lot of soil from the top of the area to limit any more ground movement. Skirting fences have also been installed.
Centex has been investigating. A report says a significant soil shift is what is to blame and they are running tests on why it all happened.
The most immediate threat right now is coming from the sky, but Centex says they are ready for some rain.
There will be people on the hill watching constantly, and the big equipment is ready to go if they need to shore anything up.
There is still no timetable on when the 27 displaced homeowners can return.
