Helotes Police arrested two 17-year-old's on felony charges of Credit Card Abuse.

An arrest warrant said the teens are on video at a Chuck E. Cheese buying tokens. They used the winning tickets to buy two stuffed animals and some candy. A total of $350 was charged at Chuck E. Cheese.

Another charge of $62.70 was made at a Target store.

The credit cards were stolen on May 14 from two vehicles at a northwest side residence.

Tamer F. Morsi, an attorney for the graduating senior released this statement:

"It is our contention that our minor client did not knowingly engage in any alleged criminal activity. We believe that this may be a case of the authorities arresting first and investigating later. We believe that when the facts come out, our client will be fully vindicated and the parties truly responsible for the alleged criminal misconduct will be held accountable.  We ask all parties to reserve judgment until then."
