SAN ANTONIO -- A middle school student says she fears going to school in the morning. She says everyday she has to face another student who has been sexually harassing her.

The Southwest Independent School District is investigating.

"I want parents to know what he has done to my daughter," the victim's mother said as she cried softly. She doesn't want to be identified to protect her daughter.

The mother says her daughter admitted than she was being bullied at McNair Middle School. She says another male student has been touching her in class and touching himself in front of her.

She says he also threatened to have other kids force her into the bathroom to have sex.

"If she didn't, he would have his friends grab her and bring her in to do what they wanted to her," she said.

"The campus principal conducted a full investigation," said Anne Marie Espinoza, spokeswoman for Southwest ISD.

The district superintendent told KENS 5 by phone that are also re-opening that investigation. The parents continue to demand more disciplinary action. The Bexar County Sheriff's Office is assisting in the investigation.
