The Guiness Book of World Records calls it the world's largest free breakfast. But San Antonians just know that it's a good time.
Tens of thousands of San Antonians got up with the roosters Friday morning to enjoy breakfast tacos, biscuits and coffee.
The early-morning feast has been a San Antonio tradition since 1979. It serves as the kickoff for the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo, which starts next month.
This year's event is at Cowboys Dance Hall, and nearby roadways were somewhat congested but still flowing.
