San Antonio police have arrested a man who they said pushed another man to his death.

Jacob Granado was charged with manslaughter early Thursday morning. He remains in jail on a $25,000 bond.

Police were called to the 5600 block of Culebra Road after a man reportedly was hit by a vehicle.

Investigators said Granado and another man got into a fight with Douglas Mitchell at an apartment complex, and the conflict spilled out near the street.

The victim was purposely pushed into oncoming traffic, police said.

Traffic investigators said two vehicle ran over Mitchell. One of those cars stopped. The other one did not. Mitchell, 26, was taken to a local hospital, where he later died.

Granado was criminally charged before 3:30 a.m. Thursday. He's not the only suspect in this case, though.

Police are looking for the driver of the vehicle that hit Mitchell and kept driving. That person will likely face a charge of failure to stop and render aid.
