On Wednesday afternoon, Pulte-Centex finally responded, informing residents that they would construct a "newly built retaining wall" and would extend buy-back offers for the 27 homes that had their certificates of occupancy revoked.
Pulte-Centex says the new wall will cost anywhere from $4 million to $5 million to build, and construction will take about 6 months
