Some homeowners in Rivermist, already accepting buyback offers made by Centex earlier this week.
Buybacks were offered to 20 homeowners who live along the top of the slope, and seven families living near the original retaining wall split.
So far, two buybacks are settled and 13 others are in the process.
These famlies have been living in hotels or temporary housing since January.
