More possible problems could be in store for a northwest neighborhood.

Residents tell us crews may have found another crack in a retaining wall that caused a landslide in the Hills of Rivermist subdivision. Meantime, 25 families remain displaced.

At least three homes are completely off limits and residents are still waiting for answers.

Workers have been busy all day trying to make sure the three homes with the most damage are on stable ground.

Meanwhile, 25 families have been displaced. They will be staying at a hotel for at least a week.

Maria Cachola moved into her $250,000 home in the Hills of Rivermist 3 months ago. She paid $10,000 extra for a hill-side view.

"I don't want the view anymore. It was expensive, and I really was willing to pay for it, but I no longer want it. I want my money back," said Maria.

Residents weren't satisfied after a meeting Monday night with the president of Pulte Homes. So now they plan to unite.

The City of San Antonio says this hillside collapse was a result of poor construction. They say the fill dirt was not properly compacted.

Several of the homes aren't safe and people like Maria and her mother, who has surgery Wednesday, are stuck in hotel rooms.

Residents were scheduled to meet Tuesday night to discuss their options.
