WILSON COUNTY -- A woman was fatally struck by a vehicle at FM 1346 and Adkins-St. Hegwid Road around 6:50 a.m. Friday, Wilson County deputies confirmed.
Several bystanders reportedly tried to revive the woman.
Roads were slick Friday morning from overnight rain and morning drizzle.
