Sandra Williams may like to dance...just not with her washing machine. Williams says one day she started a load of laundry and her washer made a horrible noise and started dancing around the floor.

She called ARS Appliance Repair, and Jesse Gutierrez promptly showed up to repair it.

Gutierrez replaced some parts, ran a cycle through the washer, and it appeared to be fixed.

But, when Williams got home and put clothes in the machine, it started doing the same thing again. So, she called Gutierrez back.

He told Williams he needed to order a part.

A couple of weeks and numerous phone calls later, Gutierrez showed up, installed the parts and the washer did the same thing.

Gutierrez said he needed to order yet another part.

Weeks went by again, with no word from Gutierrez, so Williams called Eyewitness Wants To Know.

We are very familiar with Jesse Gutierrez, we've done two other stories on him. In both of those cases Gutierrez promised to make things right...and he did.

After our phone call, Gutierrez again promised to repair Williams washer. We'll let you know when he does.
