A counselor who admitted to authorities that he sexually assaulted a child is now in court.
Larry Etter was facing 22 counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child.
In exchange for pleading guilty, those charges were knocked down to four counts in one indictment.
A judge still has to sign-off on the deal which would give Etter 10 years in prison. Bexar County authorities say that if the deal goes through, Etter could be eligible for parole in five years. The no-contact order with the victim would still continue even after Etter is released from prison.
