What started out as a trickle could turn into a flood.
Thursday one family in the Hills of Rivermist subdivision announced plans to file suit against the builder. Now more legal action is on the horizon.
The latest pair of lawsuits comes just days after a major crack in a retaining wall threatened almost a dozen homes.
