The changes keep coming at CPS Energy after last month's fallout from the South Texas Nuclear Project, but one new face at CPS is a familiar one in San Antonio.

Jelynne Burley, the former deputy city manager in San Antonio, was named acting general manager. CPS also announced Monday that Bob Temple, the deputy general counsel, will resign his position effective Dec. 15.

Mayor Julian Castro says the moves are a step in the right direction after the ball was dropped on the cost estimates for the South Texas Nuclear Project.

In June, CPS pitched two new nuclear power plants that were expected to cost a total of $5.2 dollars. But in November, officials revealed that the cost estimate could actually reach $17 billion.
