SAN ANTONIO -- Police are investigating several adults in connection to a teenage runaway who was reportedly raped after being served alcohol beverages.
Jose Luis Falcon was arrested and charged with aggravated sexual assault of child and furnishing alcohol to a minor. He was being held on bonds of more than $75,000.
The alleged assault happened at a party on San Antonio northwest side in April 2011.
According to an arrest warrant, the 14-year-old victim was taken to a party in the 8700 block of Cinnamon Creek by an older woman. The woman, who was letting the girl stay at her house, allegedly gave her a mini skirt, high heels and makeup to make her look older.
The victim told police she was served Jack Daniels at the party until she became drunk. That's when Falcon allegedly pushed her on a bed in an upstairs room and raped her.
According to the warrant, the victim doesn't think he was the only person who sexually assaulted her, but that she can't recall any other suspect.
Police said the woman who took her to the party could face criminal charges.
The man who hosted the party is also under investigation.
