SAN ANTONIO -- Police say a set of fingerprints led investigators to an 18-year-old man suspected of stealing a safe from a west-side hair salon in December.
Officers arrested Hector Montalvo on Monday and charged him with burglary and theft in connection to a stolen safe at Rio's Golden Cut, 803 Castroville Road.
