Laura Anata began studies in Transcendental Meditation at the school of Maharishi Mahesh Yogi at age 11. Later she received training in Vipassana Meditation as taught by S.N. Goenka in the tradition of Sayagyi U Ba Khin.
These experiences ignited her passion for knowlege about the body-mind connection leading to 18 certifications including Yoga, Reiki, Tai Chi, Pilates, Nutrition and Prenatal Wellness.
Her appointment as South Texas Fitness & Health Magazine�s Yoga 101 columnist and model earned the respect of her community, leading to numerous guest appearances on Great Day SA, and other local shows.
Today she is Great Day SA�s chosen Yoga & Pilates educator.

Linda Farr is a highly respected nutrition entrepreneur and dietetics leader in Texas. She is a graduate of Iowa State University, and she completed her dietetic internship at the University of Iowa.
Linda has owned her own private practice: Nutrition Associates of San Antonio since 1995. She specializes in medical nutrition therapy for weight management, eating disorders, sports nutrition, cardiovascular and GI issues and Nutrition Facts Labeling.
Linda currently consults with physician referred and self-referred clients as well as clinical research and produce companies in the San Antonio area. Prior to becoming a small business owner, Linda was a hospital food service director and clinical dietitian for small hospitals in the Dallas area.
Linda is a past president of the Texas Dietetic Association and past president of both Dallas and San Antonio districts. She is currently a delegate from Texas to the American Dietetic Association.

After completing his undergraduate degree in Molecular Neuroscience at the University of California, Santa Barbara, Dr. Charles continued his academic pursuits at Tulane University.
While working towards his Ph.D. in Molecular and Cellular Biology, he began coaching triathletes, a passion which continued to grow as he began working with professional athletes. With the knowledge he accumulated while earning his Ph.D. coupled with the practical experience he had from working with World Champions and Olympic athletes, Dr. Charles eventually chose to focus his efforts in the fitness industry.
He has worked hard to find the most efficient methods of weight-loss, helping people living healthier lives by teaching them how to burn fat more effectively, thus reducing the health risks associated with being overweight. As the owner of Physique Fitness in San Antonio, he has had the opportunity to help hundreds of people reach their goals.
Applying what he has learned from heart rate training with elite athletes in addition to his metabolic research on the general fitness population, he developed the UnIQue Principle and the LIFE Model, a training program designed to help people burn fat more effectively and ensuring their weight-loss efforts have more lasting results.
He is a NCSA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) as well as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT), Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) and Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES). Dr. Charles is also the Vice President of Research and Development for eHealth Screenings.

Brandon may have been born in NY but he grew up in San Antonio. To say he�s not a Texas native would be taken as fighting words!
He is a Crossfit Level 1 certified trainer and will soon receive his USA Olympic Weight Lifting certification under renowned Coach Mike Burgener. Brandon has always had a life long passion for sports, albeit non-traditional* ones, such as gymnastics, diving, surfing, rock climbing, kite surfing, and adventure racing to name a few.
He realized as a young man he had a knack for teaching: swimming lessons while a life guard during high school, swing dance instructor during college but he found his true passion in training people in functional real world fitness.
He coaches both 1 on 1 and group classes to athletes, house wives, police officers, teachers, military, doctors, children, and the elderly. Brandon�s motivation is simple, to see the fire in peoples eyes when they find their potential and reach their fitness goals.
Brandon spends his free time learning from his 3 � year old son Zander. Life is good.
