Seems like before you even have a direct interview you must deal with these agencies, then they judge you on testing scores when most people don't test well under pressure like myself. We are awesome at the job but pressure like testing when you have been out of school for years is just crazy.

[Comment From Tricia]
At one interview, I was asked illegal questions such as: do you have children, are you married? do you speak spanish and where and how did you learn. When I was asked "tell me about yourself" they really meant PERSONAL questions. They did not know that I have an HR background!

Tricia, I agree with you most employers think the employees are not rounded with the laws but most of them are. Lots of employers here in San Antonio get away with so many things and they make it harder on other good employers.

I am so horrible at interviews. I never know what to say, until after I leave!

Interview are not so bad, once you can get past what you want to say and questions to ask.. to me, the problem is getting to the interview itself. It seems that over the past few months, I've sent my resume out to at least a hundred different companies.

Even the basic questions stump me. I'm just a horrible speaker, especially when I'm on the spot, and have to prove myself. Let me prove it to you by my work, not my answers!
