An estimated 250,000 spectators crowded the River Walk on Monday, April 23, 2012 to catch a glimpse of the Texas Cavaliers River Parade. And if they shouted loud enough, they also likely caught a small collection of beads and other nick-nacks being tossed from the colorful, musical and spectacular river barges moseying their way down the San Antonio River. The theme of this year's parade was "Rockin' on the River," and it was definitely rockin'. Spectators and paraders alike were screaming as loud as their colorful Fiesta outfits.
