This event held on the campus of St. Mary's University began back in 1916 and it has just exploded into a huge venue. You will find huge crowds at this event, for some it just isn't Fiesta without this annual event.
No matter how you like them: baked, fired, or raw with a beer chaser, you're going to find them here...and plenty of them, 100,000, say organizers. But, you can also chow down on fajitas, sausage on a stick, egg rolls, hamburgers and chicken on-a-stick. There is also a children's area with games.
