Chef Sam

Mila, taught us how to play cello. Now Chef Sam wants to teach her how to cook!

 

Ingredients
•           8 oz. barbecue sauce
•           1/8 cup bourbon
•           2 lbs. chicken breast, tenderloin style
•           2 teaspoons sea salt
•           1 teaspoon ground white pepper
•           ½ teaspoon garlic powder
•           ½ teaspoon onion powder
•           3 tablespoons brown sugar, packed (dark brown sugar is best)
•           2 tablespoon smoked paprika
•           6 slices uncooked bacon, cut into small pieces
