STRAWBERRY BANANA TOFU ICE CREAM
14 Oz silken tofu, drained
16 Oz H‑E‑B Frozen Strawberries and Bananas
1/4 cup(s) honey
1 Tbsp lemon, juiced
1. Combine all ingredients in food processor or blender and pulse until smooth.
2. Transfer mixture to a plastic container and freeze 30 minutes to 1 hour before serving.
